Fortuna Trucks respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

When you call, message us, or submit the contact form, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, and information about your truck and freight — so a dispatcher can call you back about loads. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

The form also sends a few things you did not type: which page and which language you sent it from, the site that linked you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use that to see which channels actually reach drivers. It tells us nothing about you beyond how you arrived, and it is never sold or used for advertising.

We use your details only to dispatch your loads and communicate with you about your freight. Contact-form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a form service that passes them straight to our inbox. If you would rather not use a form at all, call the desk or message us on Telegram.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting the dispatch desk.
