FAQ
Straight answers, before you call.
The questions drivers actually ask us. If yours isn’t here, call the desk — a real dispatcher answers day or night.
Do I need my own MC to work with you?
No. If you have a truck but no authority yet, you can run under a vetted carrier’s authority — legally, this week. See No-MC / Lease-On.
How do you charge?
One straight percentage of gross — no contract, no setup fee, no hidden deductions. We tell you the exact cut before you commit, and you see the real rate con on every load.
How do I know you’re not padding my rate?
You see the broker’s real rate confirmation on every load — the number they paid is the number you see, nothing added in the middle. Our cut is a flat, disclosed percentage of your gross, named upfront and taken off the top, never hidden inside the rate itself. If a dispatcher won’t show you the actual rate con, that’s the question to ask before you sign with them.
How do I check a broker is legit before I haul for them?
Look up their MC number on FMCSA’s SAFER system and confirm the authority is active, not just filed, plus check the safety rating. FMCSA also keeps a public list of brokers with suspended authority — check that too before you commit. Get the rate confirmation in writing before you dispatch. It takes a few minutes, and it’s worth doing yourself even when we’ve already shown you the real rate con.
What languages do you speak?
English, Ukrainian and Russian. A real dispatcher picks up, 24/7.
Is there a contract?
No. Book one load and see how it goes. Walk away anytime — no hard feelings.
Do you force dispatch?
Never. You approve every load. We negotiate the rate; you make the call.
How fast can I start?
Same week for most drivers. Call the desk and we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed for your setup.
