By using this website and Fortuna Trucks’ dispatch services, you agree to these terms. They are provided for general information and are not legal advice.

Fortuna Trucks provides truck-dispatch services to owner-operators, No-MC/lease-on drivers, and fleets. We negotiate freight on your behalf and show you the broker’s rate confirmation on every load. You approve every load — we do not force dispatch.

Our fee is a straight percentage of gross, disclosed to you before you commit. There is no long-term contract, no setup fee, and no hidden deductions.

Rates and loads depend on the freight market. The rate confirmations shown on our home page are real, from lanes we run. Worked examples elsewhere on this site are illustrative and are labelled as such. Neither is a promise of what your load will pay.
